Our Services & Process

How does Warantia handle yacht supply and provisioning?

Warantia is a superyacht supply and technical yacht provisioning specialist. We ensure operational continuity for luxury vessels by managing the complete supply chain for all technical departments: Engine, Deck, Interior, and Safety. We combine deep marine technical knowledge with global logistics expertise for a consolidated service. You order, we deliver to your yacht’s location—anywhere

How do you handle complex or multi-item yacht provisioning requests (RFQs)?

We manage them as integrated projects. Whether it’s a list of diverse parts for different departments or equipment for a specific refit phase, we assign a dedicated project lead. This person coordinates everything: sourcing each item from the optimal supplier, consolidating shipments at our hub, managing all documentation, and delivering a single, tracked consignment to you. You get one point of contact and one simplified process, no matter the complexity.

How does the Warantia superyacht supply process work?

As your external procurement partner, Warantia’s process ensures clarity and reliability: you define the need and review the quote; we assume full responsibility for sourcing, logistics, and delivery to your yacht. Our promise: you order, we deliver.

What is your core advantage over other suppliers?

We combine local hub speed with global network reach. Our own warehouses in strategic locations like Croatia and the Mediterranean allow for faster reaction, while our partner network ensures reliable yacht supply in regions like the Caribbean and Middle East.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency support?

Yes. Our 24/7 emergency line is a cornerstone of our service. Captains and chief engineers can contact us anytime for urgent yacht supply needs. Our team is trained to activate immediate sourcing and logistics for critical parts.

Global Coverage & Logistics

Where are your main operational hubs?

Our primary logistics hubs are in Split, Croatia and Antibes, France. These strategic locations allow us to serve the Mediterranean basin with unmatched speed and efficiency.

Which are your key markets in Europe?

Our key and most active markets are Croatia, the Mediterranean coast of Spain, Italy, and France, along with Germany for project support and specialized parts. We have deep expertise and logistics optimized for these regions.

How does your consolidation service work?

Instead of you managing multiple suppliers, we consolidate all required items from various sources into a single, coordinated shipment. This saves significant cost on freight, simplifies paperwork, and provides one tracking number and delivery point—a major advantage of our yacht provisioning model.

What is your typical lead time?

Lead times vary based on part availability and destination. However, for items in stock locally or in Europe, our hub model in Croatia and the Mediterranean often enables us to offer industry-leading delivery times. We provide clear timelines with every quote.

Can you supply our yacht in the Caribbean?

Yes. While our physical hubs are in Europe, we provide reliable yacht supply to the Caribbean through a curated network of trusted local agents. We manage the entire process from Europe, ensuring quality control and seamless logistics to all major islands. Learn more about our services for the region on our Caribbean yacht supply page.

Do you cover the Middle East, like the UAE or Oman?

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate superyacht supply to the Middle East, including the UAE, Oman, and Bahrain. We handle the specific documentation and logistics required for these destinations, acting as your single point of contact.

We are in a German shipyard for a refit. Can you supply us?

Certainly. Supplying new build and refit projects in German shipyards is a key service. We understand the precision, scheduling, and documentation standards required and work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of all technical parts.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We manage and prepare all required export documentation and customs declarations from our side to ensure smooth clearance. For final import in many destinations, we work with our network of trusted local agents who handle the physical clearance on the ground. This approach combines our expertise in yacht-specific procedures (like temporary import, YIT/ATJ) with local agents’ knowledge, ensuring the fastest and most compliant process for your yacht supply in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and globally.

Specialized Requests & Support

Do you organize and coordinate equipment service and maintenance?

Yes, we go beyond supply to coordinate authorized service and scheduled maintenance for key equipment. Whether it’s annual or five-year servicing for safety equipment (life rafts, EPIRBs), engine maintenance, or work on jet skis and tenders, we act as your single point of contact. We source and schedule the best authorized service engineers or shipyard teams, manage the logistics of equipment removal and reinstallation, and ensure all certifications are updated. This turns a complex operational task into a single, managed process for your crew.

How do you ensure quality?

We prioritize OEM parts or certified high-quality alternatives from our vetted suppliers. Our team has the technical knowledge to verify suitability. Furthermore, our consolidation service gives us full control over the packaging and shipping process, reducing the risk of damage in transit.

Can you source rare or obsolete parts?

Our global network and contacts with OEMs and specialist breakers allow us to track down rare or discontinued parts for classic yachts or older equipment that is no longer in standard production.

Can you supply safety equipment with certification?

Yes. We supply fully certified SOLAS and MCA-compliant safety equipment, including life rafts, EPIRBs, and firefighting gear. All certifications are valid and documented, which is essential for survey compliance.

Do you work with yacht management companies?

Yes, we partner with many leading yacht management companies. We provide tailored reporting, dedicated account management, and streamlined processes that integrate with their operations, making us a reliable superyacht supply partner for their fleets.

Do you supply local yacht agents and other marine businesses?

Yes, we operate as a key wholesale supplier to a network of professional yacht agents, shipyards, and marine service companies across the Mediterranean and beyond—including partners in France, Croatia, Italy, Spain, St. Maarten, and other major hubs. When an agent receives a request from a yacht, they often leverage our extensive sourcing network, competitive pricing, and logistics expertise to provide a complete and reliable quote. We act as their reliable backend partner for technical parts and consolidated provisioning.

Can you supply customized or branded items for the yacht?

Yes, we specialize in sourcing and producing customized and branded yacht items. This includes personalized yacht door mats, custom fenders with the yacht’s logo, branded crew apparel, bespoke interior cushions, and other tailored deck equipment. We manage the entire process from design and material selection to production and delivery, ensuring each item meets the yacht’s specific aesthetic and quality standards.

Getting Started

How do I start an order or request a quote?

The most efficient way is to email your detailed requirements list with manufacturer part numbers, quantities, and your yacht’s current or next port to sales@warantia-yachtsupply.com. For critical or time-sensitive needs, please mark your email as “URGENT” or contact us via phone to activate our priority process. A dedicated manager will review your request and coordinate your quote and superyacht supply timeline.

Will I work with the same contact person each time?

Yes. From your first inquiry, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will become your single point of contact. They will learn your yacht’s specifics and operational preferences, ensuring consistent, efficient service and faster processing for all future yacht supply and provisioning requests.

What information do you need from me to provide the fastest quote?

For the fastest and most accurate quote, please include the yacht’s name, its current location, and the next port of call for delivery planning. Crucially, provide the manufacturer name and exact part number for each item, along with the required quantity. If you have a desired delivery window (e.g., “urgent” or “before Friday”), please state it. To complete the commercial details, we will also need the billing address for the yacht’s management company or owner’s representation. Providing this information upfront allows us to immediately assess availability, logistics, and all associated costs from our hubs in Croatia and France or our global network.

What is the best format to send my parts list?

The fastest method is a clear email with your list in the body of the message or as a PDF/Excel attachment. Please avoid sending photos of handwritten lists or screenshots when possible, as this helps us process your request accurately and without delay. If you have a large list, an Excel file with columns for Part Number, Manufacturer, Quantity, and Description is ideal.
